Aspen Environmental Group is seeking an energy and infrastructure planner/analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in producing plans or reports to determine trends and issues associated with the energy and water supply industries in California. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of supply, demand, pricing, reliability, efficiency and the associated impacts on public health and safety, the economy, resources, and the environment. Minimum of a BA/BS in energy policy/science, planning, or related field. Excellent writing and research skills are required.
