Statistical Programmer
STATISTICAL PROGRAMMER
Professor G. William Skinner seeks a research programmer for spatial analyses of the modern transformation of agrarian societies including contemporary China and 19th century Japan and France. This position is responsible for computer programming and statistical analysis using Excel, SAS, and Stata, managing large datasets of demographic and economic data, and maintaining links with GIS maps. Excellent programming, writing, organizational and team skills required. Graduate degree in statistics or quantitative social sciences, web and computer graphics experience, and reading knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, or French preferred. Full-time with benefits.
