RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Current research interests include landscape and ecosystem analysis in California, the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii using landscape ecology and GIS/remote sensing techniques. Areas of study include watershed analysis and planning, vegetation change over time, fire ecology, alien species invasion, watershed ecology, conservation biology, natural resources planning and reserve design.
