Upgraded the ICE website today with a new and hopefully improved version. Many of the important links have moved under the "Resources" menu times, including some online collaborative documents, opportunities board, image gallery (new), and whatever else comes up. Some publications were added so that section would have some content. We can add the remaining publications in the future.

• Added Interactive Projects Model Graphic on homepage
• Upgrade to Drupal 5
• Make the data a bit more granular, so that it is easier to interface with other applications
• Ability to write a personal weblog
• Ability to write a project weblog (which is what you are reading right now.)
