I modified the current ICE theme (skin) so that it was fully compatible (and updated) for Drupal5. I have named the theme "icicle", which is based off of the standard Blue Marine theme with some modification to the page.tpl.php file (where I move the primary links to be left align below the site name, and the secondary links to appear at the tip top. I added bullets instead of pipe characters as menu separators, which I think looks better. Other changes include change links from boldface to normal text, but with added color definition and utilizing the CSS border-bottom tag for main content links. I reduced the size the UCD logo in the right sidebar, and will program it to appear for all UCD affiliates (both partners and projects). This redesign has taken a fair amount of time!
